Our Annual Turkey Giveaway: Growing Together, Giving More

Each year we come together to support families right here in Detroit and Highland Park. What began as a small effort to give back has grown into a powerful community tradition — one rooted in compassion, unity, and the belief that no one should go without a warm holiday meal.

From 250 to 750 — A Tradition of Generosity

• In 2023, we gave away 250 turkeys to local families.

• In 2024, we doubled that number, reaching 500 families.

• Now, in 2025, we’ve set our biggest goal yet: to serve 750 families across Detroit and Highland Park with turkeys and essential holiday meal items.

This isn’t just about food — it’s about dignity, community, and care. It's about ensuring that every family we serve feels supported and seen.​
